IR3 

The IR3 contains all the following schedules required by the IRD.

              Schedular Income

              NZ Interest

              NZ Dividends

              Overseas Income

              Other Income   and

              Expenses.

             

It also has a rental property facility, IR3 R, which contains schedules covering Repairs and Maintenance, Depreciation of Buildings and Other Assets and Other Costs. Each rental property can be saved as a separate file, recalled and amended as necessary.
